The More You Read

No time to read you say? Set up a daily routine for yourself and carve out some YOU time!

I feel energized when I read about others pursuing my same interests.

I feel inspired when I read about and learn new things.

I feel peaceful when I read the scriptures and other books that uplift my soul.

It is a great way to start or end your day.

Plus I find my vocabulary and my thoughts consist of more than just one fish two fish red fish blue fish when I do! (fun Taylor fact: I have many of the Dr. Suess books memorized. Not on purpose. They just stick when you read them 1,000 times as a kid- don’t you think?)

In an effort to adopt the minimalist thing wherever I can- I have what I refer to as my Rotating Library. Books come in and most books go out again. I buy used or digital copies and only keep what I know I will reference again oorrrr that I marked up so much no one can read it! I try to take a few notes, in a separate notebook, or pad of paper or on the computer, and pass it on to another reader somewhere either by selling or just giving away!

Come be my book buddy. Pick from the list below! Send me a comment with a recommendation! Learning is so much more fun when you can share. But then again maybe that’s just my value huh? Eh. Do it anyway.
